Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts and expand market presence.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Â
Consultative Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements with clients. Â
Account Management: Track client interactions, follow up on potential opportunities, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client pipelines, and business development progress.Â
Entry Requirements:
Experience: Open to candidates with or without prior recruitment agency experience; strong interest and ability in sales and business development is essential. Previous corporate sales experience is a plus.
Certification: Candidates may hold a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or be willing to obtain it.
Education: Diploma or Degree; sales, marketing, or business-related qualifications preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Other Skills: Tech-savvy, self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.Â
