Business Development Consultant: You will proactively identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities. You will conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and secure new job orders to meet business targets. Your role goes beyond client acquisition, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, understand client hiring needs, and contribute to the company’s growth by expanding the client base and strengthening market presence.
