Salary Package: Up to $2,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance-Based Commission + AWS (13th Month Bonus) + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively engage in cold calling and emailing to generate new business leads. Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify further recruitment needs.
Database Management: Updating client and candidate information, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
Candidate Sourcing & CV Submission: Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods and submit their CVs to clients, ensuring a good fit for both parties.
Screening and Interviewing Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
Interview Logistics: Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates, managing all logistical details to ensure a smooth process.
Offer Management: Oversee the negotiation process between clients and candidates, securing commitments and managing expectations on both sides.
Post-Placement Support: Provide follow-up support for candidates after placement to ensure successful transitions and long-term satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all hiring processes meet legal and company standards, including conducting background checks and maintaining accurate records.
Entry Requirements:
Experience: Open to candidates with or without recruitment experience, though a strong drive for sales is essential. Prior sales experience is preferred.
Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI): Candidates may hold a valid CEI certification or be willing to obtain it - welcome to apply.
Education: Diploma or Degree; certification in sales techniques or human resources is advantageous.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills are critical.
Other Skills: Computer literacy and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
