Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones. Actively engage in business development activities to expand the company's market presence.
Strategic Recruitment Planning: Oversee recruitment strategies to meet client needs effectively, ensuring the achievement of placement and revenue targets.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear KPIs and providing regular feedback and coaching for improvement.
Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and placement processes.
High-Level Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, managing escalations and providing strategic hiring solutions.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company policies, including CEI compliance and accurate documentation.
Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze market trends, recruitment metrics, and team performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and contribute to overall business growth.
Entry Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Proven track record in client acquisition and team management is essential.
Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI): Must hold a valid CEI certification or be willing to obtain it.
Education: Diploma or Degree; certifications in management, sales techniques, or human resources are advantageous.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Other Skills: Advanced computer literacy, data analysis skills, and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
