Job Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, connect, and engage qualified candidates through various tools and channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
Candidate Assessment & Guidance: Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, guiding them through each stage of the recruitment process from application to interview and offer.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Career Support & Advisory: Provide career guidance, advice, and feedback to candidates to enhance their experience and alignment with suitable opportunities.
Process Optimization: Ensure efficient recruitment workflows, including screening, shortlisting, and placement processes, while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.
Market Insights & Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment trends, candidate engagement metrics, and placement outcomes to recommend improvements in sourcing and engagement strategies.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations, including CEI standards where applicable.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with internal teams to share market insights, coordinate recruitment strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
Entry Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven success in candidate sourcing, assessment, and placements. Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory. Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI): Must hold a valid CEI certification or be willing to obtain it. Education: Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields. Additional certifications in talent acquisition, recruitment, or career coaching are advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills. Ability to build trust and maintain positive candidate relationships. Other Skills: Proficient in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data analysis. Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented.
