Job Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract candidates using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases).
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
CV Submission & Presentation: Match qualified candidates with client requirements and submit CVs with clear assessments.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
OfferManagement: Support candidates and clients through the offer stage, providing guidance and ensuring successful placement.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing career advice, feedback, and post-placement support.
Database & Record Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the recruitment database.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and company standards, including candidate verification and record-keeping.
Entry Requirements:
Experience: Open to candidates with or without recruitment experience; strong interest in talent acquisition is essential. Prior experience in sales or client engagement is advantageous.
Certification: Candidates may hold a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or be willing to obtain it.
Education: Diploma or Degree; HR or recruitment-related certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Other Skills: Computer literate, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
